You need a car audio unit with built-in Apple CarPlay and an iPhone running iOS 13

Connect the dongle to the head unit via the USB port, click 'find iPhone'. Turn on iPhone Bluetooth and WiFi. Connect Bluetooth and start to use wireless CarPlay.
