SHIPPING DELAYS

Record numbers of parcels are being sent around New Zealand. Pressure on the system is causing delays, and orders are not getting to some customers in a timely manner. This impacts everybody's business and is a frustration that people can do without. 

Courier parcels with an overnight ticket used to take up to 36 hours to arrive at their destination are now being delayed. Please do not make installation plans until your unit arrives. Call us if you have an urgent request and we will do what we can, however, freight delays are unfortunately out of our control. Read more about Christmas deadlines for orders here.

MY VACCINE PASS

We are a close contact business and as such will require persons to show proof of vaccination. Due to the nature of the work done by our employees, especially our installers, we are required by the government to check your My Vaccine Pass. For more information please see the Ministry of Health website. Thank you for your understanding.

WARRANTY

24 Months on Lumina Audio units if professionally installed* with warranty card returned, in the very unlikely event of a product failure we will undertake to rectify the issue as fast as we practically can.

*Installation of any Lumina Audio head unit should not be attempted by persons without general automotive electrical knowledge and broad knowledge of modern car audio head units featuring the latest technology.  

Installation of Lumina Audio head units may require experience with:

  • Android operating systems
  • Wiring of Can-modules
  • Configuring reverse triggers
  • Enabling steering wheel controls
  • Diagnostic of electronic circuits
