In 2022 Paul O’Connor had the idea to put OEM Audio Ltd up for a massive ‘audit’ and enter the Consumer Trusted program. The business was turned inside-out with every aspect measured against the program’s standards. Our product performance, reliability and efficiency was reviewed as well as customer satisfaction and internal processes.
